All bookings will be subject to an additional cleaning charge of $175.00, regardless of duration of stay.
A 50% deposit is due upon booking, with the balance due 30 days prior to stay.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

Although the last few seasons have been phenomenal, there have been some seasons that were not. We are not able to control the weather and ski conditions at Mount Washington, thus there is no refund or credit given for a poor season or conditions.
